As we've gotten busier, we're standardizing remote support so customers get reliable help and we can schedule time appropriately. Remote support stays more affordable than on-site service, and is now supported by our team so you're not dependent on one person's availability.
What To Know
๐ What Changed?
Remote help is now billed with a 30-minute minimum. On-site visits remain a 1-hour minimum. This prevents "creep/slide" where small quick requests add up, while keeping remote service the most cost-effective option.

Email setup, printer troubleshooting, account logins, Windows/Mac settings, software installs, device tune-ups, basic security checks, file organization, cloud sync issues, and general "how do Iโฆ" tech help.

Remote sessions are billed in 30-minute blocks.
On-site service is billed with a 1-hour minimum.
If we solve it faster than the minimum, that's still the minimum session charge.
Quick advice is free. Short emails and texts with simple questions
are no problem. If we need to do research or remote in, that's when billing starts.
